Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to customers, clients, and co-workers, adapting to their needs.
• Ensure that all assigned spaces including ancillary and departmental areas and corridors are kept clean, neat, and sanitary to uphold safety and health standards, following departmental maintenance protocols.
• Inspect and prudently select appropriate cleaning methods based on orientation guidelines.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions efficiently and safely under supervision.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies where required using germicides and sterilizing tools.
• Strictly adhere to universal precautions when handling and disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keep the cleaning cart stocked with necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring all chemicals are properly labeled and equipment is maintained.
• Foster positive professional relationships and maintain conduct consistent with organizational standards.
• Contribute to enhancing departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and comply with all relevant training requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough and quality cleaning.
• Effective communication skills with clients, management, and support teams.
• Capability to adapt and respond constructively to changing workplace demands.

Additional Information

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended standing, and walking. Use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
