About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join a well-established 4-star hospitality property in Galway. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a busy hotel operation that encompasses accommodation, food & beverage, weddings, events, conferencing, and leisure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by upholding the highest service standards.
• Manage and monitor performance across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and Leisure departments.
• Evaluate budgets, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators to drive business success.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams and improve profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop management and operational teams for optimal performance.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant General Manager role within the hotel sector.
• Demonstrated operational expertise in a hotel environment.
• Food & Beverage leadership experience is highly valued.
• Experience in managing weddings, events, or conferences is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Commercially minded with sound financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
