Job Overview and Benefits

We are seeking a motivated Houseperson to maintain the pristine condition of our hotel’s public areas, supporting guest satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public hotel areas including restrooms, corridors, and stairwells to meet high standards.
• Strip linens and remove trash from guest rooms as required.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, dust surfaces including furniture and framed artworks, vacuum and mop floors.
• Dispose of soiled linen and waste from cleaning carts appropriately.
• Clean spots, remove insects and debris, polish fixtures, and clean ashtrays.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms and assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage varied duties effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated team player mindset.
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations through quality service.
• Familiarity with cleanliness standards and protocols.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00, paid daily.
