Job Summary

We are recruiting a proactive and service-driven Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appeal of guest rooms and public spaces at Residence Inn. This role emphasizes adherence to the highest hospitality standards, ensuring guests experience an outstanding stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas spotless and sanitized in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure rooms are replenished with clean linens, bedding, towels, and essential amenities such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Comply fully with all safety and security protocols mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, staff, operation hours, and nearby establishments like malls and restaurants.
• Identify and report any lost items left by guests following the hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Perform any additional assignments as requested.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
