Role Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities such as pools. This role supports the Housekeeping management team by ensuring all cleanliness protocols are maintained and coordinating between departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections post-cleaning to verify quality standards in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Generate and review room status reports to identify and prioritize rooms that require attention.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve discrepancies and communicate room assignments and changes effectively.
• Support management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, motivation, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, security policies, and company standards; promptly report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniforms remain professional and represent the company’s image.
• Engage with guests courteously, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service aligned with company values.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing carts, reaching, bending, and standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.
• Accurately handle administrative duties and document all required housekeeping information and issues.
• Promote positive workplace relationships, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of work experience relevant to housekeeping or hotel cleanliness operations.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
