Position Overview

At our distinguished venue, the role of F&B Service Expert transcends simply serving food and beverages. We aim to craft a remarkable and unforgettable dining experience where service is integral, enhancing guest satisfaction beyond the meal itself.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Service Expert actively initiates and carries out diverse duties to ensure guests receive outstanding service. This includes setting and maintaining dining areas, effective communication with kitchen staff, engaging with guests during service, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness of workspaces and materials.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Success in this position involves upholding safety protocols and company policies, adhering to quality standards, and demonstrating professional appearance and communication. You'll be physically active: standing, sitting, or walking for extensive periods on various surfaces, handling menus with attention, and maneuvering objects up to 25 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with help, along with bending, twisting, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational attainment equivalent to a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Less than one year of related work experience is acceptable.
• No prior supervisory responsibilities required.
• No specific licenses or certifications mandated.

This is a full-time, non-management position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. A 7€ Ticket Restaurant benefit is provided with employment.
