Position Overview
The role of a Guest Environment Expert goes beyond providing guests with clean rooms and neatly arranged beds. This position is focused on crafting memorable and distinctive experiences by ensuring the hotel's overall appearance and cleanliness are upheld. Responsibilities include attending to guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related housekeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the housekeeping team, you will help maintain a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies, confidentiality, quality standards, and professionalism in appearance and communication. The job is physically active, requiring prolonged standing, walking, or sitting, and involves moving, lifting, or placing objects up to 50 pounds independently.
