About the Role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a pivotal part in ensuring that every guest experiences a memorable and exceptional stay by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. Beyond just cleaning rooms and making beds, this role involves a variety of housekeeping duties designed to enhance the guest environment and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Operating with autonomy within their space, the expert is responsible for fulfilling guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, and preserving the tidiness of both guest rooms and public areas. This position is non-management and demands a hands-on approach, including physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking are integral to the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive housekeeping services, including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces effectively.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
