Position Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Putrajaya, your role extends beyond maintaining neat rooms and tidy beds. You will be entrusted with a variety of housekeeping duties aimed at preserving the pristine appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Your responsibilities range from processing guest requests to managing supply carts, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests with care and efficiency.
• Stock housekeeping carts adequately for daily operations.
• Clean rooms and public spaces to meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.
• Perform hands-on tasks encompassing moving, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds as required.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods to fulfill job duties.
• Carry out other reasonable assignments as directed to support hotel operations.
