Role Overview

This position focuses not only on delivering a clean room and fresh bedding but also on creating a unique and memorable guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be proficient in various cleaning tasks, ensuring the hotel remains visually appealing and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities

You will be empowered to take necessary actions as situations arise, including responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, and fulfilling other related duties to maintain hotel spaces that enhance guest satisfaction.

Work Environment and Expectations

Success in this role requires ensuring a safe workplace, adherence to company guidelines and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves physical activity such as standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, in addition to various manual tasks like moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
