Job description
Position Overview
This role prioritizes creating outstanding guest experiences by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert performs various housekeeping activities such as delivering guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guestrooms and public areas. They have autonomy to manage their assigned spaces to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the hotel's cleanliness and appearance consistently across all areas.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock housekeeping carts efficiently to ensure operational readiness.
- Clean guestrooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas as needed.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Maintain personal appearance and communication professionalism.
- Engage in physical work including standing, walking for prolonged periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment to safety, quality standards, and teamwork while performing their duties diligently and maintaining confidentiality.
