Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Local-Thai)

Position Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, your role transcends typical housekeeping duties. You will be entrusted with maintaining cleanliness and appearance throughout the entire hotel, enhancing the guest experience beyond just a clean room. Your responsibilities will range from fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, to other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

You will be actively moving around the hotel, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Duties require physical effort such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication are essential components of the role.
