Key Duties

• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and replenish housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness in guest rooms and public hotel areas.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
• Uphold confidentiality and meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Present a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform any reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role demands constant movement and physical activity such as standing and walking for extended periods. The ability to handle manual labor safely is essential to succeed and provide an outstanding guest experience.
