Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

The role focuses on providing guests with more than just a clean room; it is about delivering a memorable and distinct experience. This involves expertise in a broad range of housekeeping activities with the responsibility of preserving the cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel.

Key Duties

• Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas thoroughly.
• Ensuring all spaces contribute towards enhancing the guest experience.

Expectations and Physical Requirements

• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding confidentiality and quality standards consistently.
• Presenting oneself professionally including uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Being physically active: standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds unsupported.
• Performing any additional reasonable duties as requested to support the team and business.
