Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

The role involves much more than just preparing clean rooms and fresh bedding. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will master diverse housekeeping duties aimed at preserving the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal across the entire hotel. You are empowered to take initiative within your assigned area, whether that involves attending to guest requests, managing housekeeping supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or other related tasks, ensuring each space contributes to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and appearance in all areas.
• Fulfill guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage restocking and organization of housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean rooms and public spaces thoroughly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety practices, company policies, and professional appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks involving standing, walking, or lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently.
• Collaborate with team members and undertake additional reasonable duties to support hotel operations.

This full-time, non-management position is based at the hotel location in Miramar, Goa, India (Post Box No. 64). The role requires onsite presence.
