Job description
Position Summary
The role involves verifying figures, postings, and documents to ensure accurate data entry, mathematical correctness, and proper coding. Responsibilities include organizing, securing, and maintaining financial files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in line with company policies and procedures. The incumbent will handle computerized financial data by recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing it efficiently. Maintaining precise electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data is essential. Duties also include classifying, coding, and summarizing numerical and financial information to compile and safeguard financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized methods.
Preparing, maintaining, and distributing various statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables, along with completing period-end closing procedures and reports as required, are key tasks. The position involves preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements according to established company processes.

- Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without help.
- Foster positive working relationships and support teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Listen and address coworkers' concerns appropriately.
- Perform other reasonable duties as directed by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No certifications or licenses necessary.
