Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Role Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be crucial to delivering not just a clean room, but a distinctive and memorable guest experience. This position involves a spectrum of housekeeping duties aimed at maintaining the tidiness and overall appearance of the entire hotel property. Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, and ensuring that all spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Key Requirements and Work Conditions

Success demands adherence to workplace safety practices, compliance with company policies, preservation of confidentiality, high quality standards, and professional appearance and communication at all times. The role requires physical activity, such as standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods and manual handling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Flexibility to perform reasonable additional duties when requested is expected.
