As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel's appearance and cleanliness meet high standards. This role encompasses a variety of housekeeping tasks including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, stocking carts, and responding to guest needs with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.
• Operate independently to manage assigned spaces effectively.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts and equipment to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
• Present a professional appearance with appropriate uniform and communications at all times.
