Position Overview

The role of Hotel Cleanliness Expert is centered on delivering more than a clean room and a well-made bed. This position focuses on crafting a memorable and distinctive guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the entire hotel. The expert is responsible for various housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, restocking carts, and responding to guest requests, ensuring the hotel environment supports an exceptional guest stay.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance in all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock housekeeping carts as needed.
• Adhere to company standards and policies to promote safety and quality.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
