Job Overview

This role is centered on more than just providing guests with a spotless room and comfortable bed; it focuses on creating a memorable and distinguished experience for every visitor. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will handle various housekeeping tasks aimed at maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and overall appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests and ensure their environment is welcoming and pristine.
• Manage stocking and organizing carts and supplies efficiently.
• Clean guest rooms as well as public areas throughout the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in all hotel spaces to enhance the guest experience.

Work Requirements and Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as part of daily activities.
• Physically handle moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including uniform standards and personal grooming.
