Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere reflecting island hospitality by ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to assist guests effectively.
• Adhere to comprehensive hospitality standards, including phone manners and guest greetings.
• Keep the host/hostess station well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor and replenish restroom supplies and uphold restroom cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to encourage sales and elevate service quality.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts.
• Competent in handling equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other job-related tools safely.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Additional Information

Compensation varies by individual experience, skills, location, and budget considerations. The pay range is between $16.00/hour or the local minimum wage and $20.00/hour, plus tips.
