Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively within a team to achieve financial and culinary objectives
• Wash and sanitize tableware, cookware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and equipment
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards as specified by relevant agencies
• Support a team culture that encourages sales and successful service delivery
• Foster a clean, safe, professional, and positive work environment
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks as workload allows

Essential Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
• Capable of frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling during shifts
• Endurance to stand for the entire duration of shifts
• Competent in safely handling equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicing devices, wine keys, and other necessary kitchen tools
• Availability for work shifts based on business needs
