Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively in team efforts, exemplifying genuine hospitality and collaboration to support culinary success.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Organize and clean the dishwashing area and related equipment to create an orderly workspace.
• Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and sanitation according to regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting.
• Possession of a valid food handler’s card and any other required certifications per federal, state, or local regulations.
• Basic familiarity with restaurant operations including storage and rotation of food, equipment, kitchenware, and tableware; knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking procedures; and general housekeeping like sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Flexibility to perform additional duties necessary to support business operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly required to bend, stoop, or kneel.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Competence in operating equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools detailed in training materials.
• Work shifts scheduled based on business needs.
