Role Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by extending the island spirit to every guest
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus
• Understand and uphold Hospitality Standards with meticulous table maintenance
• Work collaboratively in a team to drive sales and deliver outstanding service
• Ensure a clean, safe, professional, and vibrant workspace

Job Requirements

• Frequently lift and move items up to about 50 pounds
• Regularly perform bending, stooping, and kneeling tasks
• Stand for the entire duration of your shift
• Safely operate equipment including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other necessary tools
• Be flexible with shift schedules based on business demands

Additional Information

The rate of pay ranges from $15.00 per hour or local minimum wage to $17.00 per hour plus tips.
