Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to all guests promptly and courteously to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of service throughout the dining and pool venues.
• Assist with guest reception in hotel restaurants, efficiently manage cash and credit card transactions, and oversee outlet inventory.
• Support service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Possess at least 2 years of professional experience in hotel operations or similar hospitality roles.
• Demonstrate personal flair and style to embody the restaurant's concept and enrich guest interactions.
