• Recall guest preferences to personalize service, such as remembering usual orders and responding to guest needs with attentiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a barista in fast-paced settings like cafes, restaurants, or hotels.
• Proficiency in preparing espresso and texturing milk with precision and consistency.
• A strong passion for coffee quality and a commitment to maintaining service excellence.
• Ability to work confidently during busy breakfast and service sessions.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding presentation and service standards.
• Positive and cooperative attitude when working with colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and composed work environment behind the bar.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
