Position Summary

Deliver outstanding guest service in a food and beverage environment, contributing to crafting memorable and distinctive dining experiences. Take proactive steps to support meal services and ensure guest transactions enhance the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange tables and coordinate with kitchen staff during service periods.
• Engage with guests and provide attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service equipment.
• Verify and manage menu details visually.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Uphold a polished professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
• Endure extended periods of standing and walking; independently lift up to 25 pounds or up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Less than one year of relevant work background.
• No previous supervisory responsibilities.
• No licenses or certifications necessary for the role.

Schedule and Position Details

• This is a full-time position.
• The role is non-managerial.

Workplace Location

• Position is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Requires physical presence and movement at the workplace; remote work is not applicable.
