Overview
Join Hilton's Hospitality Team as a Hostess and brighten guests' stays by delivering warm, memorable experiences. This role goes beyond providing food and beverage service to spreading the light of exceptional hospitality at our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest and member experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and all available products.
- Follow appropriate reporting procedures when issues arise.
- Uphold Hilton's grooming standards, including adherence to uniform, personal cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Assist callers cordially and efficiently, taking clear and accurate messages and forwarding them without delay.
- Possess a strong understanding of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
- Comply with all hotel security, fire safety regulations, and health and safety legislation.
