• Collaborate with various hotel teams to communicate and fulfill guest requests, including special arrangements, in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with detailed information about hotel amenities, ongoing promotions, and nearby attractions to assist their stay.
• Manage wake-up calls, message transmission, emergency contact handling, and internal communications all aligned with hotel protocols.
• Offer courteous, individualized service to delight guests, swiftly addressing any concerns and ensuring positive communication throughout their stay.
