Cool Inc in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a professional, personable, and well-groomed Hostess to become part of our hospitality team. The role centers on providing guests with a warm and inviting reception from the moment they arrive as well as upholding top-tier service and hospitality throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive.
• Manage seating arrangements to optimize table turnover efficiently.
• Professionally handle reservations, walk-in guests, and inquiries.
• Keep accurate reservation and guest information records.
• Work closely with service staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist guests by addressing requests and offering detailed restaurant information.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance consistently.
• Deal with guest issues tactfully and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the entrance, hostess area, and guest zones are kept clean and presentable.
• Provide support to the team during busy periods and special occasions.

Applicant Requirements

• Prior experience as a hostess in a restaurant, hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
