Job Description and Responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests with a warm and courteous attitude to maintain positive first impressions.
• Deliver professional and friendly service at all times, ensuring excellent hospitality.
• Record and manage all reservation details accurately, including time, date, guest numbers, names, room numbers, and contact information.
• Organize table assignments in advance of each meal service based on reservation data.
• Communicate effectively with management to coordinate seating and guest services.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu items to assist guests and support service staff.
• Prepare and inspect tables before service begins, ensuring readiness and cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables promptly throughout service periods to maintain flow.
• Adhere strictly to company food delivery procedures when serving guests.
• Keep all restaurant areas—including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations—clean and orderly at all times.
• Complete all designated cleaning responsibilities within assigned timeframes to company standards.
• Carry out opening and closing duties thoroughly as required.
• Exhibit proficiency in efficient table maintenance practices.
• Remain attentive and assertive during all shifts to meet guest needs promptly.
• Possess thorough understanding of all product offerings and associated service protocols.
