Role Overview
As a Host, you will be the initial and final point of contact for every guest entering Montana's. Your friendly demeanor, enthusiasm, and welcoming nature will set the tone for the entire dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Efficiently oversee guest flow, table turnover, and seating arrangements.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately.
- Respond courteously to phone inquiries and guest questions.
- Manage and maintain the waitlist, engaging positively with waiting guests.
- Offer guests a friendly farewell and express appreciation for their visit.
