Hospitality Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cleaning and Hospitality Supervisor to manage and oversee daily cleaning and hospitality operations across designated facilities. This position involves supervising service teams, managing cleaning schedules, ensuring service quality, and liaising with service contractors to maintain high standards.

Key Duties

• Oversee day-to-day activities and performance of cleaning and hospitality personnel in assigned locations.
• Ensure staff adherence to established cleaning protocols, operational guidelines, and service standards.
• Develop and monitor work rosters to guarantee sufficient staffing coverage.
• Coordinate routine and periodic cleaning tasks across multiple buildings and areas.
• Regularly inspect cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned spaces to maintain desired standards.
• Manage hospitality support for office environments, meeting rooms, official gatherings, and special events.
• Supervise availability and correct utilization of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to detect service deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Address feedback, complaints, and service observations from facility users and other stakeholders promptly.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure vendor compliance with contractual terms, service agreements, and technical specifications.
• Compile and submit periodic reports regarding service quality, staffing, observations, and improvements.
• Maintain records related to cleaning operations, inspections, supply usage, and performance outcomes.
• Adhere to all operational policies, administrative guidelines, safety protocols, and workplace procedures.
• Perform other cleaning, hospitality, and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of General Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Holding a relevant training certificate or qualification in Hospitality Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Cleaning Operations is preferred.
• All certifications should be from recognized and accredited institutions.
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience in supervising cleaning, hospitality, housekeeping, or related operational services.
• Experience in managing service teams or assigning tasks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in monitoring cleaning standards, daily operations, and periodic work schedules.
• Competence in managing feedback, complaints, and corrective actions effectively.
• Exposure to coordinating with outsourced contractors or service providers is beneficial.
• Strong familiarity with cleaning materials, equipment, tools, and their appropriate use.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to supervise multiple service zones and ensure prompt completion of tasks.
