Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our team as a Domiciliary Optical Assistant. This role involves delivering eye care services directly to patients who are unable to visit our stores, providing support in community settings and care homes in Yorkshire and Leeds.
Responsibilities
As an Optical Assistant, you will utilize your expertise and passion for eye care products and services to provide excellent customer service. You will efficiently manage clinic schedules while prioritizing patient care, helping to create an exceptional environment for customers and team members alike.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of 26833
- Car allowance of 2400 per year to support your travel requirements
- 28 days of paid holiday plus an additional birthday day off
- Regular working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility expected

Requirements
- Demonstrated strong customer care skills
- Previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
- Possession of a valid full UK driving license
