As a Trainee Audiology Practitioner, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser. This position offers a clear pathway to advance within the company and gain clinical expertise in hearing care, starting with specialized skills like wax removal using microsuction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers seeking audiology services.
• Support customers throughout their hearing care journey by carrying out clinical procedures post-training.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to deliver exceptional hearing healthcare efficiently.
• Provide cover at various locations including Headford Road store, Tuam, and Knocknacarra as needed.

Work Environment

This role is based in Galway with responsibilities extending to nearby stores. The business operates daily, requiring a five-day workweek including weekends, with a minimum commitment of two weekends per month.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• An interest or willingness to learn patient management software (experience not required).
