Overview
Join Orkin as a Termite Control Professional (TC Pro) specializing in home services. Established with 125 years of trusted expertise in pest control and home services, Orkin is a leader in the industry. In this role, your primary focus is safety for yourself and the customers you support. You will perform crucial home service installations designed to enhance comfort and protection while advancing within a stable and rewarding career path.
If you prefer practical, hands-on work, value doing things correctly, and can work in diverse environments including rooftops and crawl spaces, this position is ideal. Your daily schedule will include completing quality installations on an assigned route to make homes safer and more efficient.
Work Schedule Options
- 3 shifts of 13 hours each, offering four days off per week.
- 4 shifts of 10 hours each, allowing for three days off weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a designated daily route within your assigned area.
- Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawl space encapsulation, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to service activities.
- Build trusted relationships and professionally represent Orkin.
- Work safely in various environments including roofs, attics, ladders, confined spaces, and crawl spaces.
- Drive a company vehicle responsibly.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain safety as a top priority during equipment use, work operations, and customer engagement.
- Perform job duties regardless of weather conditions.

- Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with first-year earning potential exceeding $50,000.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to safely use ladders within specified weight limits.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to access and work in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, involving climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Use of personal protective equipment, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather scenarios.
