Join Orkin as a Termite Pro, a hands-on home services technician focused on performing essential installations that enhance home comfort and protection. You'll work safely across various environments, from crawl spaces to rooftops, following a scheduled route each day. Work Schedule

• Option to work three 13-hour shifts per week, enjoying four days off.
• Alternatively, choose four 10-hour shifts, giving you three days off weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow an assigned daily route within your territory.
• Prepare and install home service solutions like attic remediation, crawl space encapsulation, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all necessary service documentation accurately.
• Represent Orkin professionally and build trusted customer relationships.
• Work safely in a range of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly and safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Ensure safety is the priority during equipment use, workplace conditions, and customer interactions.
• Perform outdoor duties in all types of weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay between $20 and $22 per hour, with first-year earnings potentially exceeding $50,000.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Physical capability and willingness to work in varied and sometimes challenging environments.
• A dependable, professional approach with an emphasis on safety.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Preparedness to obtain and maintain state-required certifications, with training and costs provided by Orkin.

Physical and Work Environment

• Must be able to safely use ladders in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of weights up to 50 pounds is required.
• Ability to access and navigate crawl spaces, attics, roof tops, confined spaces, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Willingness and ability to wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA-approved respirators when needed.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
