What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional pest control services with a strong customer focus.
• Diagnose pest problems inside and outside residential and commercial properties, supported by comprehensive training.
• Communicate inspection results, answer client inquiries, and suggest effective services to build trust and confidence.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures during service delivery, equipment handling, and chemical application to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients.
• Responsibly operate company vehicles, tools, and materials while following established best practices.
• Utilize handheld devices to accurately document inspections, complete reports, and manage customer interactions efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days of employment; the company will cover costs.
• Ability to safely use ladders following manufacturer instructions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying weights up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable entering confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Willing to wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA-approved respirators when required.
