Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous demonstrated experience in handyman services or an equivalent role that encompasses multiple trades.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ownership of professional-grade tools suitable for a broad range of tasks.
• Possession of a valid license and insurability to operate company vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided and perform work safely at heights or above head level for prolonged durations.
• Professional presentation and upkeep of the company-issued vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

The weekly salary ranges from $900 to $1200, reflecting individual experience levels.
