Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team committed to excellent customer service and safe delivery practices. This role involves delivering groceries to customers, ensuring the quality of items, and representing the company's brand positively on the road and in person.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely adhering to proper heavy lifting and manual handling guidelines.
• Maintain strict compliance with all safe driving procedures at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure the van is in proper condition before each shift.
• Deliver food products ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Support in-store operations as needed.
• Work independently, managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Qualifications

• Hold a full driving license for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be reliable and punctual, able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Possess a robust understanding and awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
