Role Purpose

We seek dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy being on the road. As the face of Iceland to customers, you will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of shopping orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform daily checks on the delivery van to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain food quality during transit to ensure customers receive items in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction.
• Assist in-store staff when necessary.
• Work independently, managing your own schedule and time efficiently.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor and a passion for providing high-quality customer experiences.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines effectively.
• Have a solid awareness of road safety standards and best practices.
