Role Overview

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where your role involves being the key contact between the company and customers by delivering their groceries safely and efficiently. This position not only entails driving but also includes interaction with customers and occasional support within the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the van is loaded correctly following safe procedures, including manual handling and lifting.
• Drive with strict adherence to road safety standards.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks prior to journeys.
• Maintain the quality and condition of food items during delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assist in-store when necessary.
• Work independently, effectively managing your time.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts with schedules varying between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Display a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Show strong awareness and commitment to road safety guidelines.
