Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe procedures are followed when loading vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain strict adherence to all safe driving practices during deliveries.
• Conduct thorough van checks to guarantee vehicle readiness.
• Deliver food orders ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service and act as a direct representative of Iceland.
• Provide assistance in-store when necessary.
• Manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Be prepared to work flexible shifts with varying times between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Positive, friendly disposition and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Dependability in punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear understanding and strong awareness of road safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• An hourly wage of £13.71.
