About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where you'll play a key role in delivering groceries directly to customers while representing the brand with pride. This role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging warmly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures while loading the delivery van, including handling heavy items carefully.
• Adhere strictly to safe and responsible driving practices on the road.
• Perform routine van inspections before beginning routes.
• Ensure that all food products arrive at the customer's location in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
• Assist in-store duties when necessary.
• Demonstrate the ability to self-manage time and work independently.
• Be flexible with working hours, which can range from early mornings at 6am to late evenings at 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving licence with at least three years' experience and no more than six penalty points.
• Be enthusiastic, friendly, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to road safety.
