About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where you will be the face of the company delivering groceries directly to customers. This position keeps you active, independent, and involved with people, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe loading procedures for the delivery van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks to ensure delivery readiness.
• Maintain the quality and condition of food items delivered to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand positively.
• Assist in store duties when required.
• Work independently while managing your time efficiently.
• Be flexible to work various shifts typically ranging from 6am to 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six points on the license.
• Exhibit a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for ensuring a great customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to road safety awareness.
