About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who value active, independent work and enjoy engaging with customers. As a trusted company known for excellent customer care and team support, we aim to deliver quality service through our skilled drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, applying correct lifting and manual handling techniques.
• Follow all safe driving standards consistently.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure all groceries reach customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers at every interaction.
• Support store operations when necessary.
• Work independently with effective time and schedule management.
• Adapt to flexible shifts that may occur between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Display punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and adherence to road safety practices.
