Home Delivery Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in Rotherham. This role involves delivering grocery orders to customers, providing an exceptional customer experience, and representing our company on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe loading practices for the delivery van, including handling heavy items and manual lifting.
• Maintain adherence to safe driving protocols at all times.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before deliveries.
• Ensure grocery items are delivered to customers in top condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently while effectively managing your schedule.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, which may range from early morning (6am) to late evening (11pm).

Applicant Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Have a strong understanding of road safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.71.
