Home Delivery Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering excellent customer service while on the road. This role involves transporting groceries safely to customers, representing our company as a friendly and dependable face.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to proper safe loading techniques including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Follow responsible and safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and checks.
• Ensure all delivered food products arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service directly to shoppers.
• Assist with duties inside the store as needed.
• Work independently, managing your schedule effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shift patterns between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and adept at meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to road safety awareness.

Compensation and Benefits
