About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering quality food directly to customers. This position offers an active work environment with independence and customer engagement. Our company is known for excellent care of both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading guidelines including manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices throughout shift hours.
• Conduct thorough van inspections before departure.
• Ensure delivery of food items to customers in optimum condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the face of the company.
• Support store operations as needed when not on delivery routes.
• Work independently managing time with flexibility to cover shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with a maximum of six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate strong awareness and commitment to road safety.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of £13.71.
