Role Overview

Iceland Foods, known as one of the Best Big Companies to Work For, is seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join their team in Kent, England. This role offers £13.71 per hour and provides an opportunity to remain active, independent, and closely connected with customers as a vital representative of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and safe loading of delivery vans, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Maintain safe driving standards at all times during deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks before setting off.
• Deliver food items ensuring they reach customers in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing Iceland Foods.
• Assist in-store when needed to support daily operations.
• Manage work schedule efficiently and work independently.
• Adopt flexible working hours, with shifts potentially occurring between 6 AM and 11 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Possess a strong understanding of road safety principles.
